1. Purpose of the general conditions of use

The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the T&Cs”) is to define the conditions of use of the Site that CHARENTES IN FLOW makes available to Internet users (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”). Users » or in the singular by “ User ").

3.3 Availability of services

CHARENTES IN FLOW is bound by an obligation of means concerning the provision of its Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, independently of the maintenance operations of these Services, the servers or the Site.

CHARENTES IN FLOW reserves the right to modify or interrupt, at any time, temporarily or permanently, all or part of its Services without prior information to Users and without right to compensation.

CHARENTES IN FLOW makes its best efforts to ensure the continuity of its Services. 4. Guarantees – Liability – Force majeure

4.4 Force majeure

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Copyright of CHARENTES IN FLOW on the site

CHARENTES IN FLOW is the owner of the intellectual property rights of both the general structure of the Site and its content (texts, slogans, graphics, images, videos, photos and other content).

Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Book 1 of the Intellectual Property Code, any representation, reproduction, modification, denaturation and/or total or partial exploitation of the Site and/or its content and/or the Services, by any process whatsoever either and on any medium whatsoever, without the express prior authorization of CHARENTES IN FLOW, is prohibited and constitutes acts of copyright infringement.
